Terms of Use of BubbleShare (Effective: July 30, 2025, Version 3.0)
Welcome to BubbleShare Inc. (“Company,” “we”). These Terms govern your use of https://bubbleshare.io and related subscription services.
1. Subscription Plans
- Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise (custom)
- Starter and Pro available for self-subscription; Enterprise via contact
- All paid plans include a 7-day free trial (one-time)
- Free trial cancellation → immediate downgrade to Free
2. Billing & Payment
- Payments processed via PortOne (billing key required)
- Monthly or Annual options
- Automatic recurring billing on renewal date
- If payment fails, we may suspend service
3. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: Effective immediately, user charged price difference, next billing date resets
- Downgrades: Applied on next billing cycle; current cycle continues
- Annual Plan Changes: Contact Customer Support(admin@bubbleshare.io); refunds or adjustments processed manually
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Subscriptions may be canceled anytime via account settings
- Already processed payments are non-refundable, except for technical errors
- Cancellation ensures no further charges; access continues until end of billing cycle
- Annual plan cancellations handled manually via Contact Us
5. Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
- Use services for unlawful purposes
- Disrupt or hack the platform
- Violate IP rights of others
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
8. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in Seoul courts.
