Terms of Use

Version 4.0, effective October 6, 2026

These Terms set out the conditions for using bubbleshare.io (the "Website"), operated by BubbleShare Inc. (the "Company"). Use, pricing, payment and refunds of the Company's paid service VIVI (app.bubbleshare.io) are governed not by these Terms but by the VIVI Terms of Use and the VIVI Refund Policy.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the following features of the Website.

  • Viewing content such as the blog, reports and webinar pages
  • Forms such as sales enquiries, quote requests, resource downloads and webinar registration
  • Newsletter subscription
  • Free tools
  • Website accounts (accounts opened to use Keyword Planner)

2. Website accounts

  • The Keyword Planner service was discontinued on May 29, 2026. Existing Website accounts may be used only where the Company has separately allowed it.
  • Users keep their account information accurate and manage their own passwords. Users who want an account deleted may request it at admin@bubbleshare.io.

3. Forms

  • Users enter their own accurate information in forms and must not enter another person's information.
  • The Company reviews submissions and replies by email or phone. The Company does not guarantee a reply to, or a contract from, every submission.
  • Optional consents shown on a form (marketing information, use as a case study and the like) apply only when the user agrees, and a form can be submitted without them.

4. Newsletter

  • Subscribers receive product news and marketing information by email.
  • Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email or at admin@bubbleshare.io.

5. Free tools

  • Free tools are provided at no charge and as they are. The Company does not warrant the accuracy of their results or their fitness for a particular purpose.
  • The Company may change or discontinue free tools after prior notice.

6. Pricing information

Prices and plan information published on the Website are for reference. Actual purchase terms are those shown on the VIVI checkout screen at the time of purchase and the VIVI Terms of Use.

7. Content and intellectual property

  • Rights in the content published on the Website, including articles, reports, images and design, belong to the Company or their rightful owners.
  • Beyond what the law permits, such as quotation with attribution, users must not copy, distribute, sell or commercially use the content without the Company's prior consent.

8. Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe the rights of others
  • Submit false information or another person's information
  • Breach or circumvent the security of the Website, or distribute malicious code
  • Place an excessive load on the Website or collect its content in bulk by automated means
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Website

9. Changes to and suspension of the Website

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Website, and gives prior notice on the Website of changes that significantly affect users.

10. Limitation of liability

  • The Website and free tools are provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website.
  • This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. The Company posts the effective date and the changes on the Website from 7 days before the effective date, or from 30 days before for changes unfavorable to users.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits concerning disputes are brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary provisions

  1. These Terms take effect on October 6, 2026. Until then, the previous Terms (Version 3.0, effective July 30, 2025) apply.
  2. The subscription plan, payment, subscription change, cancellation and refund provisions of the previous Terms cease to have effect when these Terms take effect. However, for users with a paid subscription under the previous Terms on the effective date, those provisions continue to apply until that subscription ends.
